To the editor:

At last! A stirring from amid the apathetic masses in America! How refreshing to read William Smith’s letter to the editor of July 10 asking how “Cuba can have a better health care system than the United States of America?” Indeed, something IS wrong, and has been for at least the past six years – and not only with our health care system.

I suggest you make a trip to the theater and view Michael Moore’s “Sicko,” which is a documentary film which addresses your question, Mr. Smith. If you are impressed and wish to learn more about what ELSE is wrong in our country, I recommend you read Michael Moore’s books regarding the current administration. We need to take action. Now! Continuing apathy is NOT an option.
