Jayhawk File Express LLC received a 2007 Business Achievement Award from the Kansas Department of Commerce. The award was given in celebration of Business Appreciation Month.

The Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce nominated the company for the award, and a panel of judges selected winners in three categories – manufacturing/distribution, service and retail – in seven regions.

More than 250 businesses were nominated for the awards, and Jayhawk File was among two winners in northeast Kansas.

Founded in 1996, Jayhawk File Express provides file storage, secure shredding and document imaging. The company is based in Topeka and has operations in Lawrence.
