The Lawrence Apple Users’ Group 2.0 will meet next month to discuss technologies that don’t require cords.

The group’s meeting, “Cutting the Wires: Wireless on the Mac,” is set for 7 p.m. Feb. 7 in the community room at Signs of Life Bookstore, 722 Mass.

Local Mac experts will present various options for Macintosh wireless devices, plus show users how to set up and secure a wireless network.
