Evelyn J. Senecal, a senior financial adviser for Ameriprise Financial, Lawrence, ranked in the top 37 percent of advisers who scored 90 or higher out of a possible 100 on two components of the national firm’s annual client satisfaction survey.

In all, 2,789 advisers scored 90 or higher based on two ratings: clients’ overall satisfaction with an adviser, and the amount of proactive contact a client receives from an adviser.

The survey, conducted by an independent research organization, gives clients an opportunity to rate their advisers overall in nine areas, ranging from their financial knowledge to their ability to listen and provide customized advice to suit a client’s needs.
