Mark Tunstall filed Tuesday as a candidate for re-election to the Lecompton City Council.

Tunstall joins two other incumbents who have already filed: Councilman Tim McNish and Mayor Roy Paslay. So far, they are the only candidates to file for the three positions up for election.

Council terms are for two years. There are five positions on the council.
