Kansas University Professor William Barnett will discuss his new book “Inside the Economist’s Mind: Conversations with Eminent Economists,” on the radio program “Bloomberg on the Economy” at 1 p.m. today. Barnett, the Oswald Distinguished Professor of Macroeconomics at KU, co-edited the book with Paul Samuelson. Both will be interviewed by Tom Keene, the program’s host. The new book contains interviews with numerous Nobel laureates, including Robert Lucas, James Tobin and Milton Friedman, plus conversations with former Federal Reserve Board Chairman Paul Volcker and others.
