Lawrence-based Mobile Communications Centre has been acquired by Leavenworth Online, an 11-year-old communications business.

Leavenworth Online acquired Mobile Communications Centre’s assets, which include two stores in Lawrence – at 945 Mass. and 1610 W. 23rd St. – and single stores in Olathe and Shawnee. The stores will retain their names and continue selling Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile devices, accessories and service.
