Promotions granted for Fire & Medical
Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical announces several employee promotions:
¢ Capt. Eve Tolefree to division chief, overseeing EMS operations. Tolefree replaces Division Chief James Murray, who is retiring this spring after 30 years with the department.
¢ Capt. Joe Hoelscher to division chief assigned to the operations division, replacing Division Chief Jerry Karr, who retired in September.
¢ Clinton Lynn and Joe Schaumburg to captain in the operations division.
¢ Engineers Robert Hardy and Miguel Armenta to lieutenant in the operations division.
