A Lawrence teenager who was reported missing has been found.

Whitney Rae Thomas, 13, was found safe and unharmed with acquaintances in Topeka, Linda Lash, her grandmother, said Thursday.

Lash called Lawrence police on Jan. 27 and then went searching for Whitney, she said. Lash said she found Whitney later that day.
