The "hawk" has watched this folly for years. The museum has never had leadership, the board of directors for it is a meddling bunch of people who want their name connected with something. The few who did serve and could do something were booted around until they flew the coop. That museum needs to become just what it is, a display center for aritifacts. The papers and documents need to be removed and placed in the Carnegie Building along with all genealogy stuff from the public library. The Carnegie needs to be returned to Library Status and Watkins can become a "show and tell' destination.

Get the county and city out of the operation of Watkins.
