XanGo distributor building network

February 7, 2007

A Lawrence resident is climbing the ranks of independent distributors working on behalf of XanGo LLC, a Utah-based company that markets beverages made from mangosteen fruit.

Kevin Arnold has distributed the product - a dietary supplement that uses the nutritional attributes of the entire mangosteen fruit - for nearly three years, forming a network of nearly 400 members throughout the United States. He joined about 9,000 distributors at the company's national meeting in November in Salt Lake City.

Arnold, who started taking XanGo to ease his own arthritis pain, said that the product was intended to help people address a variety of health problems.

The "hawk" is perched very near the LJW and will assure you , Marion, that they do not do investigative reporting for fear it will expose Lawrence and damage the paper. The Simons' family needs all the money they can get now. Whyfore, do you think they are behind promoting anything close to their hdgtrs for a library and redevelopment? They have longed hope to turn that facility into a Department store, the likes of Nieman Marcus.

Shame of the LJW for promoting what is nothing but a MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING SCHEME!

The product claims are supported by NO clinical trials and little if any scientific evidence:

Quackwatch reports on Mangosteen:

XANGO's patent pulled for fraud:

Instead of promoting fraud, the LJW should be exposing it!

The "hawk" wishes to refresh the memory of those who have forgotten about Culture Farms. Lawrence is known to be a landing pad for vulture capitalists. The most recent being PlaceMakers. The "hawk" may now need a pacemaker after the Placemakers leave.

Is this a multilevel marketing scheme, otherwise known as a pyramid scheme?
