Leander Health Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of examination and treatment tables for the chiropractic industry, has moved to Lawrence.

Dr. Dennis Anthony, owner of Anthony Chiropractic Clinic in Lawrence, purchased the company last summer and relocated it from Seattle.

The Lawrence operation has 11 employees and a 6,000-square-foot plant at 13th and Oregon streets.

Anthony’s goals include doubling the company’s production, which was about 280 tables in 2007, he said. The company offers four types of tables used for treatments involving the spine. A new table for physical-therapy uses will be offered in March.
