What he did: Wiebe was virtually unstoppable inside during the Firebirds' 71-64 victory over Lawrence High on Dec. 20.
Wiebe finished the contest with a game-high 24 points to lead Free State (5-1) to its fourth-straight victory this season.

Basketball
What she did: Jackson was one of the main catalysts of the Lions' second-half run that saw them pull away from Free State, 44-30, on Dec. 20. The 6-foot-2 junior dropped in 8 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists while leading the Lions (5-0) to the victory.
