Enrichment for elementary students and a new retirement plan were two reports presented Wednesday night to the school district teacher negotiations committee.

The goals for the enrichment report are to enhance student learning and to increase preparation time for teachers. Some recommendations included investing in teacher specialists and teacher assistants. Both of these would provide more planning time for elementary teachers.

A new retirement plan also is being researched.
