Carl Cline, an associate broker and Realtor for McGrew Real Estate, Lawrence, has received designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
The designation - considered the highest one awarded to Realtors in residential sales, recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education - requires completion of advanced courses and demonstration of professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.
Fewer than 4 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
