Pieroguys Pierogies LLC, Lawrence, is donating 30 dozen pierogies to the Lawrence Interdenominational Nutritional Kitchen – also known as LINK – for meals this Saturday.

LINK is a community effort designed to provide a pleasant, safe place for the hungry or lonely to share a free, nutritious meal and companionship.

Meals are served from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 221 W. 10th St.

A pierogi is dough with a filling inside – traditionally a mixture of mashed potatoes and cheese.
