Lions Clubs flipping flapjacks for fundraiser
Lions Clubs of Lawrence will have a benefit pancake feed from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 852, Second and Alabama streets.
Proceeds will go to the Lions Clubs of Lawrence Foundation to help pay for eye examinations and eye glasses for Lawrence residents in need. The suggested donation of $5 covers a meal of pancakes, sausage, milk, orange juice and coffee.
