The city's Outdoor Aquatic Center is set to close for the season Monday, which is Labor Day.
The pool, 727 Ky., will be open from 1 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Monday.
The following day, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., the pool will be open for the fifth annual Pooch Plunge. The Tuesday event is designed to allow local dogs a chance to swim in the pool before city workers drain and clean it.
All dogs must have proof of current shots in order to participate. They also must remain under the control of their owners at all times. The fee for the event is $4 per dog.
