Issue settled
To the editor:
I am glad the Wal-Mart issue has been resolved. It dragged on long enough. That land was zoned commercial when the school district bought it so they should not complain now about increased traffic. Something had to go in there. Did they want a liquor store? No. Another fast food joint? No. I know, a bank? No.
Look on the bright side. It’ll take some traffic off Iowa Street. And, for Pete’s sake, stop blaming the commissioners!
