Leslie Dunham and Rob Wilson announce the opening of their new business, Virtual Value Real Estate Inc., in Lawrence.

The agency operates as a reduced-rate, full-service real estate firm whose services include use of the Internet, advice on staging, making repairs and updating properties to boost potential values of sales.

Together, the two agents have more than 20 years of real estate experience; both attended Kansas University and are third-generation Realtors.

Wilson is a Lawrence native; Dunham has bought and sold investment properties in the area, and previously spent more than 20 years in the Los Angeles area.
