Lawrence-based Landplan Engineering announces the hiring of two employees:

¢ Rosanna Wininger is receptionist/administrative assistant in Landplan Engineering’s main office, 1310 Wakarusa Drive, providing administrative support for civil engineering, landscape architecture and planning projects in addition to her receptionist duties.

¢ James Zhan is a landscape architect in the company’s Kansas City, Mo., office. Zhan earned master’s degrees from Iowa State University, plus a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Forestry University. He has experience in urban design, park and recreation site planning, and residential and commercial site development.
