Absorbent Ink, Lawrence, has appointed Alicia Worthey as director of human resources, responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruiting, policy development, benefits administration and management development and training.

Worthey comes to the promotional products company from DST Systems and Boston Financial Data Services in Lawrence, where she worked for six years in human resources. Worthey received a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology from Central Missouri State University.
