Work to improve North 600 Road about a mile south of Vinland will begin Monday, according to the Douglas County Department of Public Works.

The improvements are associated with the North 600 Road Benefit District, which is between County Route 1055 and East 1750 Road.

The road will be closed to through traffic but available to local traffic. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-September.
