A Lawrence Habitat for Humanity fundraiser lets participants honor important women in their lives.

From May 7 to May 13, participants can honor a special woman with a daisy and a card. Inside the card is the message, “You have been an inspiration to me.” The note can be personalized with one additional sentence.

To participate, send a check for $20 to Habitat for Humanity Women Build to 840-B Conn., Lawrence 66044.
