Wilson finished 4-for-4 with a home run, double and three RBIs Saturday in the Firebirds’ 13-4 victory against Springfield (Mo.) Hillcrest in the River City Baseball Festival. He was also 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Friday’s 7-5 loss to Kansas City Ward.

Barber won the gold medal Friday at the Kansas Relays in the girls high jump, clearing 5 feet, 5 inches to win in a jump-off. She also finished fourth in the 300 hurdles in a time of 45.96 seconds.
