Finishing the SLT will save the city money on things like this. That grant will just pay for the land? Guess where the rest will come from. We will be paying for repairs from the big trucks constantly. Take I-70 to Columbia,Mo and it has one continuous 3 mile stretch above their wetlands. Could have built an over and under in this amount of time too.
