To the editor:

On the heels of being fired by CBS and NBC, it is likely Don Imus will eventually find another job in the subscriber services segment of the media.

We all remember a fairly recent instance where a media icon, Dan Rather, made an egregious journalistic error by knowingly using phony documents to challenge George W. Bush’s military service in the National Guard. This effectively ended Dan Rather’s career with major television networks. Mr. Rather now has a news magazine that satellite subscribers can receive.

Just as the leftist agenda promotes and wishes to allow for unlimited social freedoms and choices, our wonderful capitalistic system allows for almost unlimited financial opportunities. Dan Rather is able to continue to promote his far-left, anti-Bush agenda, and Don Imus will be able to continue to foment alleged racism.
