The Jayhawk Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management will focus on performance evaluations and employee coaching during the organization’s annual seminar Tuesday at the Lawrence Arts Center.

The seminar – designed for human resource professionals, business owners and managers – will include two segments:

¢ Tim Davis and Kathy Perkins, managing members of Constangy, Brooks & Smith LLC, will discuss performance evaluations and how to appropriately word documents for disciplinary actions and evaluations.

¢ Pearl Rovaris-MacDonald, a speaker, seminar leader and improvisational comedian for Comedy City, will address employee coaching with a skill-packed presentation that includes techniques that can be used immediately, particularly when it comes to preventing small problems from becoming big ones.
