Berry Plastics adds Rollpak Acquisition
Berry Plastics Group Inc., owner of the PackerWare plastics plant in northern Lawrence, announced Thursday that the company had purchased Rollpak Acquisition Corp., a Goshen, Ind.-based maker of flexible film.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Berry said that it used existing credit facilities and revenue from operations to acquire all outstanding stock of the company.
Berry said that the Rollpak acquisition would strengthen Berry’s existing offerings of institutional can liner products.
