Damaging dissent
To the editor:
Nancy Pelosi’s recent trip to the Middle East had no agenda other than to discredit the current administration. She had no objective and nothing to accomplish other than to discredit Bush which, for the moment, seems to be going grossly wrong.
No matter what one thinks about the war in Iraq, we have one administration and one country. This holds especially true for politicians. Stand behind the country or step down. We don’t need dissension within our borders. Americans need to stop hating George Bush more than Osama bin Laden.
