Apartment complex has new owners
Residents at Redbud Apartments now have new landlords.
The 21-unit apartment complex at 1034 Miss. changed hands this week, as the Carol L. Keen Trust sold the complex to Campus Place Apartments LLC, whose managing partner is Neil McCullough, owner of Fleetwood Mower & Rental.
All of Redbud’s apartments are leased for this fall, said Marilyn Bittenbender of Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, which represented the trust in the transaction.
