Douglas County commissioners will discuss changes to and consider adopting road access management and classification codes during tonight's meeting.
The document had been part of a package of rural development and subdivision regulations approved last week. It was removed for additional discussion and fine-tuning.
One of the key access provisions is requiring a 330-foot road frontage for residential properties on county roads and a 250-foot corner clearance.
Commissioners also will honor County Appraiser Marion Johnson, who recently was appointed president of the International Association of Assessing Officers.
The meeting starts at 6:35 p.m. in the county courthouse, 1100 Mass.
