City’s loss
To the editor:
The city of Lawrence has lost another great destination for our out-of-town visitors. Chef Krause offered a unique dining experience that will be difficult to replace. It’s a shame that the City Commission and the East Lawrence Neighborhood Assn. could not see the benefits to our community from this truly unique small business. Maybe Lawrence is ready for a Hooters restaurant downtown.
