Pinnacle Career Institute announces results from its Chili Cook-Off, conducted Oct. 11 at the institute, 1601 W. 23rd St.

Twenty-three students, faculty and staff entered the contest, split into morning and evening sessions. The winners:

¢ People’s Choice: Bekah Pankow, Taco Chili; and Aime McInroy, Chilin’ Chili.

¢ Judge’s Choice: Jennifer Butler, MaMa’s Famous Pizza Chili; Christie Glover, Chili Mix.

Students also received academic awards for the quarter. Karina Climas de Hickey and Dell Johnston received the Student of the Quarter Award.
