Road work

To the editor:

Just wanted to submit a note of thanks for the road crews that have been busy in the area over the past year or so. Between the revamp of Sixth Street, adding lanes to Interstate 70, and now the work on Kasold, it’s been a busy time.

I travel to Topeka several times a week, at various times of the day, and have encountered very few problems or delays while the work goes on. For myself this also has been true for the work on Sixth, and the current work on Kasold. I can’t imagine what it must have been like to work outside in the summer heat waves we had.

Thanks for the hard work! It is appreciated.
