One person was killed and at least one other injured in a traffic accident shortly before noon Saturday.

A witness said the accident, at 15th and Iowa streets, involved the “Cat Tracker,” a bus that follows the Kansas State University football team to road games. K-State plays Kansas University today at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence.

Lawrence Police were working the accident, but were not immediately offering further information.
