Bill Fair, a real estate auctioneer from Lecompton, has been re-elected president of the Commercial Brokers Association of Kansas City.

Fair remains the only real estate auctioneer ever to lead the 30-year-old organization, which promotes continuing education and professional networking.

Fair and his wife, Kathi, own Bill Fair and Company, Real Estate Auctioneers and Independent Real Estate, a real estate brokerage with more than 50 agents. Bill Fair is a real estate broker in several Midwestern states and sells real estate at auction nationwide.
