Informed votes

To the editor:

Nancy Boyda has just ridden a novel idea into the U.S. House of Representatives. She made a concerted effort to make the details of her positions on a wide range of issues known to her constituency. In doing so, she defeated a well-known incumbent in a state where most incumbents did very well. We can only hope that candidates of all parties will take notice and value informing their electorate over misinformation and mudslinging.
