The Salvation Army has set sign-up dates for people seeking Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance.

Individuals and families interested in receiving assistance during the holiday season can sign up starting Wednesday. Sign-ups for Thanksgiving will end Nov. 17. Christmas assistance sign-ups will end Nov. 24.

To sign up, go to the Salvation Army Corps building, 946 N.H., between 9 a.m. and noon and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

People seeking assistance must provide photo identification, Social Security cards for everyone in the household, proof of household income and a Douglas County address.
