KU school to play host to law conference

Kansas University’s School of Law and KU Continuing Education will play host to “Recent Developments in the Law,” a conference for attorneys Thursday and Friday at Green Hall on the KU campus.

The annual conference briefs area attorneys on recent changes in the law, from funeral pickets and school finance to product liability and corporate ethics.

Three ethics classes also will be offered on legal ethics across state lines, lawyers and client solicitation and current legal ethics cases.

The conference will provide up to 14 hours of continuing legal education credit, including four hours of ethics credit.
