Sara Thimmesch and Anne Garlinghouse, Realtors with Coldwell Banker McGrew Real Estate, recently completed the Kansas Graduate Realtor Institute Program, earning the nationally recognized GRI real estate designation.

The designation goes only to real estate professionals who are members of their local, state and national Realtors associations and/or boards and who complete at least 90 hours of advanced coursework taught by the Kansas Association of Realtors.

Courses cover ethics, legal and environmental issues, diversity, effective representation, technology, residential construction, business planning, finance, real estate investment and taxation.
