Library dean candidate to speak at KU forum

Paul Conway, director of digital asset initiatives for Duke University Libraries, is the next of five candidates for Kansas University’s dean of libraries to visit campus.

Conway will give a public presentation at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Big 12 Room of the Kansas Union. He is faculty director for curriculum development at Duke and has adjunct teaching appointments at Duke and the University of North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University and master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Michigan.

The position is being vacated by Stella Bentley, who is retiring.
