City commissioners will continue their evaluation of City Manager Mike Wildgen at a 10:30 a.m. closed-door executive session today at City Hall.

Mayor Boog Highberger said he hoped today’s session – which would be the third within the last week to evaluate Wildgen – would be the last, but he was not certain of it.

Commissioners have said they are being thorough in evaluating Wildgen, who has been city manager since 1990. Commissioners also have left open the question of whether Wildgen’s job is in jeopardy following a year of tough questions about whether the city has adequately planned for growth.
