Karla Finnell, Lawrence, has joined the board of directors for Oral Health Kansas Inc., a statewide coalition dedicated to improving oral health for all Kansans.
Finnell is executive director for the Kansas Association for the Medically Underserved, a Topeka-based organization that works to boost access to oral health services.
