A hearing was postponed Thursday on whether a Lawrence man charged with exposing multiple women to HIV should be extradited to Missouri.
Robert W. Richardson II, 29, faces four HIV exposure cases in Douglas County, as well as cases in Emporia and Johnson County, Mo.
He was scheduled for an extradition hearing Thursday in the Missouri case, but Assistant Dist. Atty. Trent Krug said the office hadn't yet received a governor's warrant from Missouri.
Judge Stephen Six rescheduled the hearing for Aug. 14.
