Coulter venom
To the editor:
Now we know that the 9-11 widows are “broads,” enjoying their millionaire status! This lovely bit of venom comes straight from Ann Coulter, one of the pundits featured in Al Franken’s book “Lies, and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them.” In that book, Mr. Franken quotes Ann, who insists that the left-leaning New York Times never covered a certain story. Mr. Franken reprints the appropriate front page of the Times, and there it is at the, bottom, right-hand column, on page one!
How lucky we are in Kansas, to have had the opportunity to hear Ms. Coulter firsthand. I missed her when she came, but if KU ever brings Mr. Franken to campus, I’ll be there.
