TherapyWorks is having a free seminar, “Living With Arthritis: Part II” from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 20 at its center, 1112 W. Sixth St., Suite 120.

The event is part of a series of “Helping You Help Yourself” seminars. The seminar will be presented by Dave Appleman and Tyne Parman and will include information on simple measures to help you with your daily activities and how regular exercise helps keep joints moving, restores and preserves flexibility and strength, and protects joints against further damage.
