Lower limit?
To the editor:
I appreciate the Journal-World’s attention to safety issues on U.S. Highway 59. Regarding the Baldwin Junction, folks may not know that some years ago, the U.S. 59 speed limit near and in the junction was 45 mph. The limit may have been raised for good reasons, but I wonder if we should go back to 45 mph there, at least until the new U.S. 59 is built.
