Members of Van Go Mobile Arts will throw their third annual bash and auction fundraiser at 6 p.m. June 17 at the Clinton Lake Marina.

This year’s “What Floats Your Boat?” event will include boat rides and dinner. The Lawrence band $ell Out also will perform. The auction will begin at 7:15 p.m.

Items on the selling block include outdoor furniture painted by Van Go youths; stays in vacation homes in Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado; tickets to the 2006 U.S. Senior Open golf tournament at Prairie Dunes in Hutchinson; and a Kansas University basketball package.

Tickets for the event cost $40. To purchase them, call 842-3797.

The evening will benefit Van Go’s JAMS program, which gives arts-based employment to youths to help teach them job and life skills.
