A big thank you to all those involved in the June 17, Sixth Annual Heather’s Run.
Through much dedication and hard work, this 5K run and 1-mile walk raises a lot of money that is donated to local families who are experiencing cancer.
This year, my family was one of the lucky recipients of money raised by the run. This is a much needed help that we are putting toward our Children’s Mercy Hospital bill. Through your help, strength and prayer, my son Seamus will be able to continue this fight against cancer. Thanks very much to all involved and showing us all that Lawrence is a great and caring place to live.
